This lush green park is a home to about more than forty species of butterflies in vibrant natural habitat. This butterfly park located at Bannerghatta in Karnataka is India's first dedicated butter fly enclosure that has many special major components like butterfly garden to sustain local butterfly population, Research and captive breeding laboratory, a Museum and a butterfly conservatory enclosed under poly carbonate roof.
Bannerghatta Butter Fly Park is spread over an area of of 7.5 acres of land which has a butterfly trail of about 1 kilometer length.
