Kashmiri Pandits demand Nomination of much delayed Two KP legislators forthwith
Synopsis :
The displaced Kashmiri migrants living in exile for last more than thirty seven years after being forecefully thrown out of Kashmiri Valley in 1990 by Pakistani sponsored Terrorists and Anti National elements have been facing grave political discrimination since then and due to which most of their genuine problems remain unresolved since many years in their forceful exodus life that has added to their woes & miseries day in and day out .
As the elected Governent in J&K is in place for last more than one year but still two nominations reseverd for this Micro minority community by Modi Governent are still at large due some hurdles created by few political parties unnecessarily.
With the result over all the burning issues of this hapless Displaced community remain always unresolved due to unavailability of their political representatives in the legislative Assemby of union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and their permanent rehabilitation plan back in valley with honour and dignity always remained a distant dream.
It is important mention here that the political discrimination of displaced Kashmiri Pandits was completly removed after the abrogation or article 370 on ,5th August 2019 by the Parliament of India and under new re-organization Act 2019, Two nominated legislators were reserved for Displaced Kashmiri Pandit community to end their decade long political discrimination for sake natural Justice and equity.
It is very important to note that elected Government in union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is in place for last more than one year and a half year but the nomination of two legislators of Kashmiri Pandits is still at large. Because some Political parties are creating hurdles in this nomination due to unknown reasons. Hence with the result, the displaced community is suffering a lot on this front in raising their genuine demands at the highest level which is Assembly and it appears now their voice is choked and has no say any where. The displaced community is facing a lot of hurdles on day to day basis in getting their genuine demands resolved without proper Political representation.
The displaced kashmiri Hindus face a lot of hurdles and problems without proper representation and the main glaring problems the community faces include proper return and rehabilitation back in their roots in Kashmir with dignity and honour, unemployment problem among educated displaced youth, restoration, retrieval and protection of their ancestral immovable properties in Kashmir under immovable migrant property act 1997, pasage of temples and shrines bill, enhancement of meager month cash assistance to honourable amount for relief holder families, left out compensation to the gutted and damaged properties to the claiminants etc and therefore these all problems could be resolved once they have their nominated Members of Legislative Assembly who can lead and please for their own Displaced community in a befitting manner.

The paramount need of the hour is to remove the impediment in this much delayed nomination forthwith in order provide justice and equity to this micro minority displaced community who is living in a pathetic condition in Camps and non camps in Jammu, udhampur and other parts of the country for last more than three decades without any permanent political representation and other basic amenities which is the the paramount need of the hour for this Displaced community. Let's hope this nomination is made on early dates to provide healing touch to this Dispalced migrant community in exile.
